Actually Nia, it's not a balloon... and it would probably like it if you let it go.
This is Nia, my little OC who follows me everywhere. She's very quiet, and doesn't talk to people she doesn't know. She loves balloons, but sometimes (as seen here) her love can get her in trouble...
This is for my "Purple color base" theme on my 100 theme challenge. I knew since missy Nia loves purple, i should draw her for the theme... then I thought "Hey... why not include a little purple pokemon?"
